Total disaster: 1. Check-in - Tried to check in at 5pm and was told by sorry there are no rooms available and there is nothing that can be done at the moment. Check-in staff was rude and when I complained about there being no rooms available they were totally dismissive and I was told to complain to the manager. After a tiring 4 hour journey this attitude is totally unacceptable. Eventually got at room. 2. Room - Room actually was ok although but not totally clean in the bathroom. However, we discovered the safe was not working just before going out for dinner. A safe is essential for us as we had our passports, cash and about $4000 worth of watches, and computers with us. Rang reception and was told that they would send someone but could not tell me when because maintenance were very busy and also they were very busy in reception. After waiting 20 minutes rang up again and was told the same thing. Several attempts later and after 40 minutes someone from maintenance arrived and had to change the safe. This whole episode delayed us for over an hour and meant we had to rebook out dinner reservation. It seems there was only one macitence person on duty for a hotel with over 400 rooms. 3. Bar - There is no manned bar! We wanted a glass of wine but had to go to the restaurant and ask someone there if we could have some wine. After 20 minutes of waiting 2 glasses were eventually given to us and we had to drink it at a table by the entrance to the restaurant. 4. Breakfast - decided not to have at the hotel as it looked very busy, disorganised and would have only added to our stress levels. 5. Overall - Could have been such a nice stay but hotel was busy, noisy and clearly had seen better days. Additionally our stay was spoilt by overstretched staff who were on the most part rude and dismissive and lacked even the most basic customer service ethos. The management need to get a grip and sort this out.

We've stayed for two nights, everything went fine except that on the first night we had a water problem (there wasn't enough pressure to have a shower) and had to go to another room to shower. It was a nuisance, but the staff handled it very well and after our stay I've even received a phone call from the hotel, apologizing for the inconvenience. I don't know if the water problem is recurrent, that's why I gave 4 stars (this time).

I really expected more from the hotel. I made a specific request when booking that they were not able to perform. I just needed two rooms site by side or at least close. I specially liked the anti-COVID measures.

We stayed here with my friends in April. Everything that we can say is the best value in all city. comfy rooms, very clean. The food is nice in the hotel. The staff was super good. The front desk staff are very polite and co operating and trying to help by any mean. Well recommended it!

Booked an executive room (1 king bed) with sofa bed but when checking in the receptionist asked whether I want 2 beds room, but without telling me that would be a superior room with 2 single beds, which was a room category downgrade. Although the price difference was small, I did expected a bigger room. The staff here didn't speak much English.
