Not very well maintained facility

I would have to say that my previous stay at Novotel was very unsatisfactory for a number of reasons. My first impression is that the hotel has not renovated for a long time, and I could sense the sign of old shabby stuffs that need replacements. Let me point out a couple. 1. There is no power outlet access near the bed. This is no good for those who want to charge the mobile phone near the bed while they're sleeping. 2. The toilet was clugged and I had to call someone to get it fixed. 3. The internal phone wasn't working from my room. 4. I don't know how often the hotel washes the comforter, but it would have been nicer to have an inner liner cover between the comforters. 5. Wifi went down for ~5 hours during the stay.

Not Satisfied as a brand Novotel

Internationally brand Novotel considered as a premium segment and accordingly we have paid good amount for Novotel Sao Paulo, However the room allotted was very much basic category. The bathroom sink were chocking. This was not expected from the brand. Otherwise overall experience was OK.

Excellent hotel for business travel. Extremely kind and helpful staff, especially Guilherme at reception. Very clean and well maintained. A decent fitness center as well, and the restaurant is also good. Would be a pleasure to stay there again.
