Went with my partner, we enjoyed our stay a lot, everything we neeeded waas nearbyy , Novotel truly made ouur stay in Marrakech impecable, we enjoyed the food and the room's beautiful view, the staff was really sweet and the rooomss were veryy nice

Loved my stay at Novotel, thanks to the manager and the beautiful staff for their tireless work~ Great rooms, beautiful swimming pool, nice menu with everything close and nearby the hotel, we will definitely be coming back to Novotel!!!!!

Trés bon séjour! Excellent staff. Everything was done according to Accor standards. Aicha was very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and the staff there were so helpful. My dad and I enjoyed it!

When we arrived at the hotel, I went up to the check in counter and the receptionist brushed me aside in a rude manner saying she had another customer to handle. It took us almost 40 minutes after arriving that we were able to check in. About 10 minutes before seeing the receptionist, we were given forms to fill out. This could have been give to us when I first went to the counter.
