Sujeewa was great! Made the experience in the lounge feel very professional and friendly. The food was excellent and generous the drinks were plentiful. We loved every. Sujeewa made us feel extremely welcome, quick with a joke and laugh making the evening really memorable

A great experience in the Club lounge being well looked after by Ronaldo and Sujeewa. The Sofitel is a great and convenient place to stay if flying from Terminal 5. Convenient located with easy access to the airport. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.

Great service and very well looked after in Club Millesime by Sujeewa., Food and drink was amazing. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is situated within a five minute walk from Terminal 5 so it is very convenient to walk there.

On arrival at the Sofitel we were assisted by Aartee who was a wonderfully helpful, friendly , efficient and cheerful member of staff. She organised a better room for us as well as sorting our restaurant reservation. Everything regarding our stay was explained very well. A credit to her team.

Really high quality room and service. Perfect for an early flight. Managed to sleep in a clean and luxurious room at excellent value for money combined with exceptional quality. Would not hesitate to stay there again next time. The food quality in the restaurant and bar is great. I felt really relaxed for my flight
