I regulary stay at this hotel during my work, and this time it’s a bit of longer stay due to Heathrow closure. Miss Tajin, a hotel crew at executive lounge gave me a very warm welcome during my extended stay. She kindly explain to me about the lounge facility and menus while it was impossible to get to the city since airport access was prohibited.

This stay is the latest of many many journeys that have started at Sofitel T5, we are platinum ALL members and have experienced all possible aspects of the hotel, its facilities and its team, spanning many years. The hotel has a strong ethos of service and customer-focused attitudes, the convenience of the direct terminal access is unbeatable, the on site parking/stay rates are competitive and couldn’t be more convenient. The LHR closure (substation fire overnight) has forced our stay extension for 24hrs at the hotel. However the staff team and facilities have proven to be up to the challenges and have coped with courtesy and diligence. I want to make particular mention here of one splendid individual from the hotel team: Ronaldo, our lounge steward and waiter in the club lounge. Ronaldo is a joy to lift the sullen spirits, his cheerful attention to detail is unmatched, the chap is a professional in every respect. Nothing is too much trouble for him, Ronaldo makes a perfect exemplary ambassador for the Sofitel /ACCOR brand. Keep it up!

Ronaldo was very handy. I have been with him and His Service for many times. He has a high-rated service mind with his smiles. He has been eager to show his excellent services and his cares in his job even he is more than 60 years old now. Also Tina the lovely lady with her enthusiasm to take care of my breakfast.
