Lovely hotel. Great staff. Comfortable bedrooms. Good food. Ideally located for a stopover. We were exceptionally impressed by Salvatore who went above and beyond when we needed help. Quite amazing service. We love the Sofitel chain and are always pleased when we stay in one of their hotels.

This is a very easily located hotel within Gatwick Airport, the rooms are very nice and its ideal for an overnight before commencing your onward journey. Check-in was seamless and the staff member upgraded our room. The staff were very nice. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay there again.

As previously we utilised the Sofitel Gatwick on two separate one night stays in January 2023. As ever, a smooth check-in. Clean and well decorated rooms. Importantly, the Sofitel bed experience. The best nights sleep as always. Excellent breakfast, great choice and great staff.

We were very satisfied with our one night stay. After a late evening arrival at Gatwick South Terminal, it was a 2-3 minutes automated train ride to the North Terminal and a 3 minute undercover walk to the hotel. Prompt and efficient check-in. Clean and reasonably sized room. Buffet breakfast was good. Used express check out on departure, so a case of dropping the key card in a slot and walking to the terminal. Ideal location for departing and arriving passengers. Would stay again.

Smooth check in. Comfy room and convenient parking. Asian restaurant fantastic but little expensive in my opinion for portions but beautifully cooked. Can walk to terminal which gives peace of mind if you have early flight
