Good location, close to the subway, and convenient for seeing the sights of fabulous Marseille. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Rooms small, but clean and perfectly adequate, though rather cheerlessly furnished and decorated. The long corridors, with their low ceilings are very „claustrophobic“.

We were on viking cruise and my aunt had to be put in the hospital and they sent me to stay at this hotel. I was alone in a foreign country and so upset about my aunt, the staff could tell something was wrong. They all adopted me and watched out for me. I felt very safe. They knew when I left for the hospital and about the time I would come back. They treated me like family and I felt the concern from each of them. There’s so many other things I can say positive about each person. I just thank them for getting me through a very rough time.

This is the best Ibis stay that I have experienced. The hotel is in a good location with access to shops and attractions. The hotel is in great condition, has a really good restaurant and very personable staff.
