The room was lovely and clean, it was quiet and I slept well. The bed was a bit firmer than I would like, but that's just me. Extra pillows were provided, which was great, and I enjoyed the breakfast. The coffee was very nice. I left a ring in my room when I left, and Stevan helped me arrange to have this posted back to me - he was brilliant and kept me updated throughout. Fantastic customer service.

Would have been our go to hotel when working in the area if it wasn't for the god awful beds.

Would have been our go to hotel when working in the area if it wasn't for the god awful beds. There is an approx 2" topper on a hard base that is supposed to offer "comfort". May as well of been sleeping on the floor. A shame as the rest of the hotel and room were fine and as said above would of happily used this hotel when working in and around the area.

Best hotel in Elstree and Borehamwood. 👍🙏

This hotel is special. Quiet and sociable, staff are absolutely lovely too. Been staying here for a while whilst I'm in the process of relocating back to London and working in the City. Reception is excellent and I do love the pizzas and wine selection, delicious and affordable. Cleaning staff like Auerlia, Maria and others have been wonderful throughout my stay. Thank you so much ibis 👍🙏

The Hotel is well-located, close to Elstree Studios and public transport links to central London. The rooms are clean, quiet and equipped with the essentials for a short stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful during my entire stay. Great variety of food and drinks.
