Easy underground walk from the airport, check in and out efficient, friendly staff, room excellent, clean throughout and comfy beds. Considering the traffic this hotel must get very impressive. Lovely little garden outside if wanted. Breakfast started at 03:00 but we decide to sleep more and eat on the plane. Great for a layover stay or even if doing day trips in Bangkok if not concerned with views of rivers etc. would use again.

Easy walk from the Airport or shuttle service available. Check-in quick and painless. Rooms large and well equipped and maintained. Hotel has swim up bar (didn't try it) Our layover was approx 16 hours. Good value and pleasant experience. Prices vary considerably so shop around we found best price booking direct with hotel.

Great hotel for an overnight stay before your flight

I overnighted here with my travel group. After deplaning, we found the tunnel and walked from the terminal to the hotel. Easy walk! The hotel room was large and comfortable with a great bathroom. Shower worked fine. Buffet breakfast was awesome.

I arrived at 8AM and this is the only hotel I've ever stayed at where you can check into your room at that time. No waiting until 3 or 4 PM. It's only a few minutes by van from the airport. At baggage claim look for door 4 and the van will most likely be right outside. there's also a tunnel to the hotel but was told it's somewhat confusing. The vans go about every 15 min. The Executive lounge, if it applies to your booking, is more private but doesn't have nearly the food selection of the main buffet which is amazing. If you want to exchange cash bring new bills; my old ones got rejected. Only $100 and higher will get the most favorable exchange rate. the overall service at this hotel is tops. the rooms are very comfortable.
