Hotel Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport 4 estrelas

I have previously commented on the Front office staff led by Kuhn Patcha. Now I would like to compliment the staff at the Biz Lounge and especially the serving staff in the restaurant part. They are warm and friendly and can’t do enough for you. And the Lounge itself, despite being an airport hotel, is one of the best I’ve been to in terms of food and beverages.

Nothing to complain. Got a nice room with amazing pool view. Comfotable beds, clean room and bathroom. Lovely pool! Used room service and had late dinner. Did not have breakfast, because leaved early.

It is so convenient to stay here when you have a flight the following morning, no dealing with vans, just a short walk underground to the hotel. We always use their well stocked and maintained exercise room, sauna and steam room. The variety of bars and restaurants are great and we enjoy the happy hour specials.

Very convenient to airport with beautiful surroundings including large swimming pool and tropical Thai garden. The rooms are spacious. There are good restaurants and bars and excellent service with professional courtesy.

Rooms need to include a clothes iron, as a frequent business traveler this is a must. I started using this hotel when it first opened, Room/Hallway carpets are now showing age and getting very dirty and smell bad, recommend a replacement (why use carpets in the tropics?) Staff are very friendly.

This hotel is a great option if you are looking for a nice place to stay a stone's throw from the airport and you don't care about the price. You will find 4 and 5 star accommodation at a better rate in the city but that's about a 45 min drive away.

We had an 11 hour transit stop in Bangkok and decided to relax at the hotel instead of heading into town or hanging around in the airport. What a great decision! The room was large and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The reduced price due to not staying overnight was also welcome. We will definitely stay there again.

The main restaurant. Dinner Bufffet. Was terrible. Terrible service. Rude staff and the restaurant manager was rude did not care to listen to our concerns or feedback all he care about was us paying the bill. Sad.

Excellent for arrival/departure stays. The 24 hours from arrival to departure makes it ideal for late night arrival or early morning departures. Buffett breakfast starts around 0300 so no problem getting a good breakfast before an early departure.

The best part about this hotel is its proximity to the airport. It can be reached on foot, and there is also a free shuttle service. We used the shuttle service since we had big bags, but for those who are in a hurry, it is only about a five minute walk from the Airport Link railway station. We certainly enjoyed our stay with superb amenities and excellent breakfast, available from as early as 3AM. This hotel was especially convenient since we had an early morning flight out of the airport, and this was a good option to avoid the stressful and time-consuming trip from downtown Bangkok to the airport. The only point that could be improved is the relatively high rate. Even given its excellent location, this is not supposed to be a super luxury hotel, so I believe the rates could, and should, be a little bit more reasonable.

The accommodation was expensive. However the convenience of the hotel to the airport for transferring passengers was the benefit. Corridors starting to look a little worn. Food was expensive within the hotel.

Convenient located by 10 minute walk from arrivals/departures at Bangkok airport. Good standard of hotel with good customer service. Room we had was excellent and the bathroom is an amazing size. Pool and pool bar are great features. Plenty of places to choose where to eat and good standard of food. We had a good night's rest before travelling. If you use the free shuttle to the airport it takes the hassle out of dragging bags along with you.

Booked to stay for a couple of hours before late night flight. Checked in Ard 6pm due to flight delay. Told front desk we would check out by 10pm. Given the room with the clogged bathroom shower. Water was all over the floor. Had to pack up & change the room. Waste time moving instead of sleeping. Unacceptable. This Novotel is below standard. We would never go back to Novotel chain ever again.

This is the most disappointing Accor hotel I have ever stayed in years. I mainly chose it due to its proximity to the airport and most convenient for my 10-hour transit in Bangkok. I was greeted with great hospitality at the airport free shuttle point and the reception team. However, the Accor Privilege Member zone was dull and staff was not as professional as they should be, giving me unclear direction to my room. Outside of the room, the ambiance seemed well maintained and beautiful at the lobby and restaurant areas. But the hallway to the room was very dirty and smelled dusty. The room was a disaster especially the carpet looked very dirty and the curtains were smelly. The bathroom tiles were so worn out that I almost cut my foot from the uneven tiles. Toilet was in a poor condition, not dirty but worn out quality. I was so surprised that there was no electric outlets (don't expect USB ports) by the bedside at all. The room lighting system was so dim and dull as if it were a horror movie set. The bed and pillows were the good side of the room though. Anyhow, overall I cannot believe this is Novotel Airport with the cost of 6,000 THB/200 USD per night stay. Very regretting and I will never stay at this place ever again.

I stayed at the Novotel at the airport in Bangkok on the night I arrived in Thailand and again on the night before I left, 2 weeks later. Arriving late in the evening for my first stay, I put my suitcase in the room and went down to drink a glass of wine and people watch in the bar along the lobby. What a beautiful space! I wasn't able to stay long enough to completely enjoy all that the hotel offered. Before my return flight, I checked in early in the day, instead. After a swim and lunch by the pool, I spent a few hours in the spa. Finally, it was time for dinner. This time, I wan't alone. I had spoken so glowingly about the hotel during my stay in Thailand that 3 other travelers joined me. We all loved it.
