Gezien ik 12 uur had vooraleer door te vliegen naar mijn eindbestemming heb ik gebruik gemaakt van dit hotel in plaats van op de luchthaven te wachten

Gehorige kamer, we konden uitstekend meegenieten van de ruzie van onze buren. De bedden waren prima, alleen de kussens zijn veel te hard en te dik, waardoor je wakker wordt met een zere nek. Het eten in het restaurant is uitstekend, het enige wat ik storend vond was toen ik even niet oplette mijn bord al was weggehaald voor ik klaar was met eten. Ik vroeg de ober waar mijn eten was gebleven, maar zijn engels was niet goed genoeg om dit te begrijpen, dus keek me aan en lachte een beetje en dat was het dan. Jammer, want het was erg lekker en ik had nog wel wat gelust.

Het Novotel ligt op de luchthaven en dat is erg makkelijk, met name de entre, restaurants en zwembad zijn prachtig en goed georganiseerd. Wij hadden een standaard kamer 1381 die volledig aan renovatie toe is. het tapijt is smerig en de kamer stinkt. als je een goede kamer hebt is het een prima hotel om een nachtje te verblijven.

deze keer een groot compliment voor de de bagage/concierge van het hotel. de kruier begeleide mijn zus naar de incheck balie van de luchtvaartmaatschappij vanuit het hotel en ik liep met mijn zwager in de rolstoel van het hotel ondergronds naar de vertrekhal. de assistentie was voor ons een zeer fijne ervaring

Goede locatie dichtbij het vliegveld, mooi zwembad, luxe hotel maar kamer wat gedateerd, zeer vriendelijk personeel, wel is de kamer zonder ontbijt wat duur.

Goed ter overbrugging voor een vlucht de volgende dag, maar beetje apart dat als ik twee kinderen op mijn kamer wil van 0 en 2 jaar oud dat de prijs verdubbeld.

The extra bed for child is complimentary. However, please be inform that with the size of the room (35sqm). it will not leave much space to occupy the whole family. This time our staff had made an upgraded for your family to the Junior Suite with no additional charge. This was to help accommodate your family to make the stay more comfortable. Kregen een mooie juniorsuite omdat we met American Express vooruit betaald hadden. Moest er wel om vragen en dat was vroeger niet nodig. Kamer was uitstekend. Heel prettig is ook de mogelijkheid om predinner drankjes en hapjes in de business lounge te kunnen gebruiken en daar ook het ontbijt te kunnen nuttigen.

Erg goed hotel met uitstekende service. Het ontbijt prima verzorgd. Avond buffet en a la carte erg goed.Shuttle naar de luchthaven prima, je kunt ook lopen van het hotel naar de luchthaven, is ongeveer een kwartier. Niet te te doen met koffers alleen handbagage.

Fors verbeterd de afgelopen jaren is mijn constatering. Misschien ook omdat ik de platinum status Accor Hotels heb. Perfecte kamers, verschillende restaurants en bars. De exclusieve lounge is fantastisch. Het ontbijt begint heel vroeg en is heerlijk. Het vliegveld is op 10 minuten loopafstand.

Als je dicht bij het vliegveld wilt overnachten is dit een prima optie. Kamer is ruim, bad kamer prima, aircon stil en geen geluid van buiten of binnen. De transfer van en naar het vliegveld is vlot en efficient.

Het Novotel op de luchthaven van Bangkok is makkelijk als je overdag of s'nachts moet vliegen. De shutlle service airport/hotel/airport is subliem. De kamers zijn functioneel, goede bedden en het sanitair is voldoende. Ontbijt uitstekend. Mogelijkheden om te dineren en/of een drankje te drinken zijn aanwezig. Personeel servicegericht en vriendelijk.

Fantastisch gelegen vlakbij de luchthaven en dus vooral geschikt voor reisoponthoud. We hebben er kort overnacht tussen twee vluchten, maar vonden het jammer dat we niet meer tijd hadden om van de uitgebreide faciliteiten gebruik te maken: zwembad, fitness, massage, ...

Fijne overnachtingsplek dichtbij het vliegveld, via een tunnel loop je er in 5 min. naar toe en je kunt ook gebruik maken van de shuttle service. Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet, ruime keuze, steeds aangevuld. De kamer was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Lekker zwembad.
