There is really nothing special about this hotel except that it is next to the airport and offers the shuttle 24/7. It is quite expensive, but it’s location, location, location. The rooms need a refresh- there was no grout around the bathroom sink and everything seemed worn and tired. Would never consider staying here, but had to catch a 6AM flight, so it worked for one night.

We were really impressed. Next time we might have a longer stopover and take advantage of the gym, the pool, and the gardens. It is a great place to rest in between the torture of flights from Melbourne to London. Get breakfast or meal included as it is a tad pricey for food and drinks.

The only good thing about this hotel is it’s proximity to the airport. It’s expensive, the rooms are really tatty and the air con made the room smell of mould and left a wet sheen on everything. I was glad that we only spent nine hours there, by far the worst hotel experience that I had in Thailand.

Exceeded our expectations of an airport hotel. HUGE foyer, welcoming staff, delicious food, lots of restaurants,fantastic pool, clean rooms, free airport pickup and drop off, only a 5 minute drive from the terminal. We Will definitely stay here again.

The one star is for the convenience to the airport. Our stay was the equivalent of a bad night in a travelodge for 4x the price. The room was dark and stale. The carpet was covered in stains. The furniture and curtains were extremely dated. All of this might be overlooked but for the fact resting, never mind sleeping, was near impossible. The walls are paper thin. The doors, toilets etc, all slam shut so can be heard from nearby rooms. This being an airport hotel, people come and go at all hours and housekeeping pass by with their trollies well into the night. Should we have managed to get any sleep, we would have been rudely awakened by the unexpected and unexplained turning on of random lights around the room. It was a different light each time that would flick on and I would have to get out of bed to go and turn it off. Sometimes the lights would just flash on and off. In addition to the autonomous lights, was the alarm that went off early in the morning, despite it not being set. Check in was confusingly, mind numbingly and excessively long, with zero information. We didn’t know about breakfast time/location, WiFi, the restaurants, the shuttle, the route to the airport or even how to get to the room. The food was bland and disappointing. The prices were way above average, yet the offerings and service was below what we had received everywhere else in Bangkok and Thailand as whole. We will not be back.
