Great great great Hotel. At BKK Airport. Great rooms, with all amenities that we need for our stay. Huge galleries, huge restaurants, there are several type of restaurants. Breakfast is something out of the normal! Huge buffet, a huge variety of foods, literally with all types of foods for all type of tastes. One of the biggest buffets I have ever seen on breakfasts. Very tasty foods for dinner and luches as well. The hotel is turned to the 1 night stays but this is definitely to stay much more nights! Super comfortable rooms, despite big next to the airport, we never heard the plaind flying over our heads...very silent hotel, in all areas of the hotel. Super comfy beds, rooms are totally equipped with bathtub and shower, very large rooms, with sitting sofa area and eating area. Great stay, definitely to return.

Use Novotel For a Great Break En Route to Nepal

I used the Novotel 4 nights - 2 before a big trek in Nepal, and 2 after. Thanks to a lot of airport delays en route, I didn't get in until almost 1 a.m. Thanks to the Novotel's open schedule/staffing, this was not a problem. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast (especially the peanut butter yogurt parfait bowls). The avocado-forward club sandwich and wagyu burger were both outstanding. The pool was great for actual swimming or relaxing. The saunas were also outstanding. The grounds around the hotel were well kept and I could make up a decent walking route for more exercise. The room was very quiet, allowing me to catch up on sleep and go into my trek more rested. The internet was excellent. Probably the most helpful staff member was the van driver I used on my way home - there were 3 of us on board with all very different airlines and the driver took the time to drop us each off as close as possible. He also found me a luggage cart (being that I had 2 huge duffel bags, a backpack, and a purse/laptop) - and loaded me up. He was top-notch helpful and kind. I absolutely recommend the Novotel - and to use it as a way to ease the burden of traveling to Nepal with a great and relaxing break en route.

Despite having made reservations months ago, and reconfirming the day before - when I arrived at the Novotel Hotel they had no rooms. This was after a 24 hour journey, and I had reserved specifically at Novotel because I knew I would be exhausted. And not just me, but more than 20 persons in line being told to wait for a few hours (which in Thailand could mean forever..) They could not explain the problem nor did they offer any alternatives. Fortunately I speak enough Thai to arrange with one of the porters to find me a room at a nearby hotel. The nearby hotel proved to be perfectly adequate and was 1/3rd the price. I will never book this property again, and will think twice before booking at any Novotel again.

Another great stay at this superb hotel! Thank you to everyone especially the business Centre/club team Khun Wah, Khun Joy (The Margarita Queen), Khun Pop (‘certainly’) & Khun May. Also thank you to Khun Nam Front Office Manager & the great concierge team for the very special airport carousel pick up! We’ll be back!
