Great sleep before an early flight

Easy underground walk from the airport, check in and out efficient, friendly staff, room excellent, clean throughout and comfy beds. Considering the traffic this hotel must get very impressive. Lovely little garden outside if wanted. Breakfast started at 03:00 but we decide to sleep more and eat on the plane. Great for a layover stay or even if doing day trips in Bangkok if not concerned with views of rivers etc. would use again.

Easy walk from the Airport or shuttle service available. Check-in quick and painless. Rooms large and well equipped and maintained. Hotel has swim up bar (didn't try it) Our layover was approx 16 hours. Good value and pleasant experience. Prices vary considerably so shop around we found best price booking direct with hotel.

Great hotel for an overnight stay before your flight

I overnighted here with my travel group. After deplaning, we found the tunnel and walked from the terminal to the hotel. Easy walk! The hotel room was large and comfortable with a great bathroom. Shower worked fine. Buffet breakfast was awesome.

I arrived at 8AM and this is the only hotel I've ever stayed at where you can check into your room at that time. No waiting until 3 or 4 PM. It's only a few minutes by van from the airport. At baggage claim look for door 4 and the van will most likely be right outside. there's also a tunnel to the hotel but was told it's somewhat confusing. The vans go about every 15 min. The Executive lounge, if it applies to your booking, is more private but doesn't have nearly the food selection of the main buffet which is amazing. If you want to exchange cash bring new bills; my old ones got rejected. Only $100 and higher will get the most favorable exchange rate. the overall service at this hotel is tops. the rooms are very comfortable.

A Unique 24hr stay from check in, offering all needed , excellent standards food and staff.

I have stayed here since it was opened, a 24 hr stay hotel, just perfect for the airport. No problem arriving at 6am or departing at 10pm, you can stay 24 hrs from the time you arrive. This is Unique for hotel Airports, and the services offered including Spa, gym, jacuzzi steam, separated in men and women's changing areas, along with a palm fringed pool inside the square of 5 floors of rooms. You would not know you were in an airport. The Lounge for Exec floor guests or Accor loyalty guests, are very efficient, organised, and try to accommodate your every need. A good selection of Cocktails and bar to order in the lounge eves, and they kindly provide me with Vegetarian meal if i arrive a little too late for the Lounge instead. Last time a feast was waiting all cooked fresh, as i arrived to the room, it all arrived. I was in too late for the lounge opening! The staff teams have great communications and very organised hotel. They kindly meet at the baggage carousel in the airport, Exec or high status Loyalty guests if you request, supply them with flight details, and arrange this complimentary. They communicate with hotel (about 5 mins by minibus), and check in is enabled, and a welcome in yr room. Where else could you obtain breakfast from 2am-10am? Excellent for early departures or arrivals. The hotel has 4 eating options, plus great room service, and 24 hr restaurant. The food is excellent, fresh, and reflects Asianic area dishes as well as Thai. The spa is reasonable in price, quiet and refreshing, pool with palm trees and service F n B, along with Gyms, and mans/ Women's facilities. There is a good security presence, and you know communication is good when any requests or yr arrival all is ready as per yr request. I Highly recommend this hotel, and it has always been "Wrapped around" the guests travel needs. It is not surprising it is a little more in cost, as this is what they offer. No refused check in until 3pm, no check out 11am. their 24 hr costs would be higher. Refreshing to arrive early morning, or leave late eve for flights with such excellent service. The design and upkeep is in the style of an open atrium as you enter, and it is so clean it looks brand new. I do not think the rooms look dated, and they have always been clean, and comfortable. Great to see lots of green efforts with sustainable products in the bathrooms now also. they are warm, comfortable, good views, and large for the usual airport hotel. Highly recommend after a long haul flight, or before one. This really is the most accommodating to your travel needs, Airport hotel i know. Well Managed, Award winning, and clear Teamwork and communication. I stay at least a day sometimes 2 on outward trips from Europe, and Australia, there and back. With the minibus transfer, you and yr bags can be from the airport, or to it, to check in within 10 minutes. What more could you ask to be relaxed for yr long haul flight, or after one?
