WiFi is terrible. Hotel needs to update from DSL to cable or fiber optic internet. Internet is very slow and non existent many times throughout the day. Room service Food and menu choiceS are good! Room service delivery staff is very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff are business only, very few smiles.

Plastic floors, plastic dishes? Dirty floors, dirty drains, cockroaches. I have stayed here multiple nights the last 6 months. The only good thing is the food! But that is not declined due to no proper silverwear or plates. Sad...

There are a few changes on our service, such as room service cutlery, plate and bowl were changed into a disposable item due to health and security of our guest concerns. As well as the floor that has changed from carpet to be vinyl floor according to Thai law. Please rest assured that we are taking all these process from the Government into our practice just because your safety and security are our top priority. The motel is very nice but it was difficult to achive some basic requests - like the porter turning up at the correct time - or correct meals

This hotel have a very bad service, their chef does not know how to cook or how to supervise the kitchen, bad food quality and badly cooked.

I have stayed here before but some time ago and obviously with a pleasant experience. I acknowledge that C-19 is at play but my stay this time around was sub par. Check in took much longer than expected, My room must have been the furthest room from the actual lobby, (and lets be honest - the hotel was not full) the room itself being in a very, very, very tired condition - I think the hotel (or the rooms at least) must be due for refurbishment because I was genuinely quite shocked with the condition - even the public halls exhibit leaks and have mould on the walls!!! how can that be unnoticed because its everywhere!! There was some sort of problem with a voucher i was given for "the buffet in lieu" - it took 3 staff to resolve that. There were NO power points to use in the atrium cafe- staff set me up at an adjacent bar, and then another staff member asked me to move (after I had set up) to another location. Really quite disorganised and below what would usually be expected from this Hotel at this location. I have not double checked but im also sure the advertised price was not actually reflective of what I paid in the end - all the taxes/ surcharges increased the bill by about 20%-25%. The spa and concierge staff on the other hand were top notch but I'm afraid to say I will not choose to stay at this hotel again. With the greatest of respect I would actually suggest a regional QA team of sorts go and conduct a review there- it was certainly not bad 3 years ago!!

Very good reception from the concierge who was very helpful. The frontdesk was another story. There was no one at the front desk, I waited for about 5 minutes and still no one. When I went back to the concierge to ask for help it took him another couple of minutes to find someone. I arrived about 14:00.

Pros. The hotel is well located and easy to reach by both free shuttle service or a short walk from the airport. Staffs are nice, friendly and delivered us excellent services. Foods are delicious and good value with all you can eat at The Square. Cons. Very long walk to get to the room. The hotel is dark and gloomy and have shown many signs of age, along the hallway and in the room, which made us felt a bit uncomfortable, especially if you have to pay almost 5,000 baht a night for the hotel's cheapest room. The bathroom curtain is not good enough to makes you feel private.

I had a 8 hour layover and choose to spend it at Novotel. It was lovely. The bed was huge and very comfortable. They have a nice menu with room service. Very friendly staff. And a shuttle back to the airport for my flight at 2am.

We stayed prior to an upcountry flight, our international flight had been cancelled. The normal buzzing hotel was like a ghost S., but that didn't distract from the level of service. Check-in was warm and efficient, our room was to its normal high standard, breakfast was lovely and I don't the temptation of the buffet. A special thanks to the team in the Touchdown bar who made my wife and I, along with some local visiting friends very welcome.
