It was close to the airport and very convenient. The shuttle was waiting for me and that was really nice after a long flight. The hotel staff was very nice and polite. The hotel and room were very clean. The only negatives I have are that the carpet in my room needs replaced and the food was a bit expensive.

Stayed for 5 hours overnight for a early morning flight. Room was clean and tidy, room service was good but not cheap!

Quarantaine

We were not allowed to leave the room. There is plastic on the floor and lots of dirt behind the edges of this plastic. Roomservice is all in cardboard boxes with plastic cutlery and a red plastic bag to put the food in after you’re done, this to prevent cockroaches from comming in the room. I understand the difficult times we’re in but not not all the plastic. It makes things feel less hygiënic.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I have read with attention your feedback in regards to your last stay and would like to share with you a few elements of answers. Please be informed that during this crisis period and in order to reduce the spread of Covid19, the hotel has been instructed by the local authorities to cover the floor with a temporary vinyl surface. At the time this work was completed, we did not expect for this crisis to last for so long and we have now started to replace and renew this flooring in our rooms. Be assured that it will be removed as soons as we will receive the authorization from the public health agency. It is for the same reasons that we have been instructed to serve all meals in disposable boxes and please be confirmed that we are using as much recyclable items as possible. On another note, please accept my sincere apologies if your room did not appear perfectly clean as it should. I have shared your remark to our team for immediate action. I certainly understand your own flight journey to be challenging nowadays and together with our team, we will continue working on improving the quality of your rest time and comfort stay with us. We had an early flight so needed a hotel near the airport. Novotel was superb. Free and convenient transport between the hotel and airport for us and our bags. Quick check-in and the bags were taken to our room. Once inside the hotel there is no sound from the airport or aircraft. We had dinner in the restaurant. The Thai food was excellent and beautifully presented. The wine and the Armagnac were also very good. Very comfortable and spacious room. I connected my laptop to the TV to watch pre-recorded films.

Overall very positive, good service, good hotel, good staff. Only thing is the Internet speed that never got above 8 Mbps. I assume the same connection is shared with the Airport.

The room I was given was EXTREMELY DIRTY. There was a lot of dust on ALL surfaces. I wondered when it was last cleaned. The curtains were a nightmare I wished I had gloves to close /open them. I have never seen such dirty curtains in my entire life. As for food, breakfast to be specific, they served what they felt like serving not what I asked for. I asked for American breakfast on all occasions but only on the first day did I get what's on the menu. Second day there was no bacon/chicken sausage and no yoghurt. Last day there was no yoghurt and got two breads only. Bed linen wasn't impressive

Great location, hotel staff and nurses were very friendly. I look forward to all the meals during my quarantine. I had mostly Thai dishes and they were great. I enjoyed the garden view, seeing trees and birds. After the seventh day, the 45-minute walk in the garden was peaceful and refreshing.

The bed is comfortable. The dining experience was excellent - great taste, generous portion and attentive service. On the downside, no elevator connecting underground car park and lobby, nobody offer help when they saw me carry luggage upstair, no greetings and let me walk around to find the check-in counter. The place and room is dusty so probably need more cleaning as it is full of carpet.

Often I choose to stay at this Novotel because of good services and fine facilities! Thanks to Khun Wonmi for always taking so good care of my reservation and all the other wonderful staff taking care of all my needs during my stay. Khun Put at Bell section is amazing and I know him for so many years and he skyways smiles and chats with me. So is khun Bow at the bakery shop!

Still Waiting for Refund

Sadly, our trip was cancelled months ago due to the Corona virus. I called to cancelled our reservation and request a refund back in July. I am still waiting for my refund. When I call to inquire, I am told to be patient, that the refund is approved but it will take a while. I have been waiting more than 3 months.

I have stayed at this hotel on three occasions now and it always provides a reasonable experience. Good restaurants with quality food and drink. Rooms are functional but will need updating in the near future. Free shuttle bus is efficient and staff friendly or you can walk to the hotel using the underground link corridor.

Shuttle between airport and Hotel without any waiting time. Check in flawless. Room clean. Requested wake up call to the second. Luggage support in the morning fast.
