My experience was great. Service is top notch. Especially from Shiv Kumar from house keeping! Would definitely recommend. The food, room and location are ideal for being I'm Hyderabad. The amenities and facilities of the hotel are also great!

Rafeeq has prepared these bangles so good. They do look pretty on my hands. He has put all his efforts and love in preparing them. The quality of the bangles is too good and we have multiple color options to choose. He will prepare then and there itself. Honestly saying…. I loved them a lot ❤️

Rooms were good. Only hot water was coming in the shower, even when turned to cool side, so hated that. Pinki from reception staff helped us through all the processes I think I have some skin allergies because of either swimming pool or using hotel’s towel, not sure. Overall experience was good.

Well i was here just for 1 day i didn't get to spend much time with these hotel .I would like to mention Pinky she was being helpful during my departure.The breakfast was good. Over all everything is good. Plane to visit again with eith my family.

My brother and his wife stayed here for their 20th anniversary. I have called the Duty manager Abhishek and coordinated for a surprise gift. He executed that in a perfect way and that's not it all. The next day morning I have requested to play thier favourite song at breakfast time and they have made a special chocolate cake as a complimentary. And they have captured this beautiful memory and had shared with me. I wanted to tip them with love but they humbly denied saying that it's our pleasure to make our guests feel special and make their stay memorable. My heart felt thanks to you guys. Keep rocking ❤️❤️❤️
