Staff in hotel are very good and frendly..& helpful. Front office Chinmaie, karthik ,rahul where so professional and helpful all the time during stay. . I am Accor plus member even though I made online chk in it took loads of time for chk in process. The room key is deactivated numerous time called from floor lobby to front office to rectifie but no response... all the way from my room to front office I have gone to activate the key all the times.. Morning breakfast is another worst experience the food is stalled especially Pongal rest of the items not the standard of Novotel. Been to so many Accor group hotels across all over this is worst experience i had...

Lot of time taken for checkin and checkout . Inhouse phone is useless no one in answering the call after trying for 1/2 hr called emergency then they responded

My check-in was delayed by an hour, despite prior online-check in and priority welcome. I reached by 2pm and entered room by 3:30pm. Rest all - ambience, shower, bath tub, bath robes, view, swimming pool/gym, restaurants was good. Complimentary breakfast was cold.

I have been very frequent room guest at Novotel Hicc The back to back visit of mine to same hotel is only the reason I have liked the property and few staff have been so friendly and good Krishna and Praveen from bar Arnak from front desk have been always welcoming but the remaining staff or crew have been rude and made me feel uncomfortable many times Front desk And serving crew are always rude and gave awkward looks to me which made me feel so so disrespectful being a Accor platinum member I get a low kinda feel. Kindly look into this Regarding the info I can give names of regarding staff on call or any private conversation

It took too long to check in for a room. The front desk took longer than usual which could have been managed better by having more staff and fast working staff but no. They were working at snails pace and doesn’t want to speed up.

I have stayed 5 times this year for short and longer duration and i keep going back because the hotel is beautiful and rooms are tidy ! The in room service is pathetically slow and the food is always cold when it gets to you, If you decide to order out you have to walk to the main gate as they restrict only app deliveries. Breakfast has a large spread but food is below average on taste... almost seems like thy just want to have food because they have to ... the restaurant is understaffed but very hardworking... if you go after Nine because its a fish market ...
