Good location, okay price

Staff were friendly and helpful. Had booked a room with two single beds which happened to be accessible too (only option on booking), room we were given had a double bed and a bunk bed so not what we were expecting. Toilet was located in a tiny cupboard and the toilet roll holder was broken. Room was clean, only had one plug socket for the whole room though which wasn’t great. The continental breakfast was lovely with a lot of options to choose from. Would stay again.

I would recommend the Ibis Budget Cardiff to everyone. The hotel is clean, the rooms & beds are comfortable & is central to the city centre. Breakfast is very nice and fresh food served every day. All the staff are very welcoming, especially Liubov, Melanie and Megan. The housekeeping staff are very helpful and friendly too. Thanks everyone for making us feel welcome.
