Terrific location in Biel, easy walking distance to everything. The staff was wonderful, the rooms spacious and clean, and the breakfast terrific. Should I ever visit Biel again, this is where I will stay.

We stayed again at Mercure Plaza Biel, we like the proximity to shops and restaurant. The railway station is also quite close or there's public transportation close by. The old town is also a few minutes walk. Staff is always very helpful and friendly.
