It’s is so close to the arena which is why I booked it BUT costly for what I got. Very very tired, potentially grimy room, more student accommodation like, the is a bar but also not a bar, staff are polite. I was on the 5th floor and OMG I could hear the people at the bars on the street as if I was in the street with them. Bed uncomfortable.
