We stayed in December with my wife and kids. It was a very pleasant stay and the location was great. Room size is decent and was cleaned and well equipped. The overall condition of the hotel is very good despite it was opened 10 years ago.

The hotel is just a 15-minute taxi ride away from the airport. When I arrived at the hotel, everything was ready and the check-in process was extremely fast. I had a superior room with a sofa, which was very comfortable. I really liked that there were normal glasses (instead of plastic cups) in my room. Furthermore, they served my drink with a paper straw instead of a plastic one. The hotel is located right in the city centre and I could go everywhere I needed on foot.

Can you recover my score for accommodation? My loyalty card №30…9420. I lived in Accor`s hotels more then 6 times in this year but my score is 0 yet.

As for your Le Club AccorHotels card, we've checked carefully and found out that it was registered using other e-mail address ma… and still it's not validated. So, we've resent you the activation e-mail once again and ask you to finish the registration procedure. Please tell me in the next letter whether you have done this and then we can credit points to this card for your 3 stays in our hotel (from the 20th to the 23rd of August, from the 22nd to the 23rd of September and from the 5th to the 8th of November). To receive points for all other stays, please contact hotels directly as far as we don't have this information and can't do this by ourselves. I have really appreciated that the hotel had welcomed me and my family in an extremely nice way. Although we had an early check-in, at 6 am, the room as ready, as soon as we arrived they welcomed us by saying "we were waiting for you", invited us to have breakfast and then a great relax moment at the room, specially prepared for the four of us (as I was travelling with my 2 kids). It was really fantastic, and I appreciate it a lot. The team at the hotel was great.
