The hotel is well located near the heart of Montpellier. The staff (in particular the most amazing lady from Armenia I think) made my stay special. Great restaurant and sight recommendations. I stayed in a suite on the 4th floor which is very spacious for the price. Has a microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Double sinks in the bathroom and 2 large TV’s. I did not eat at the hotel but did have a few drinks at the bar that is open until midnight and reasonably priced. The only downside is the room did smell of cigarette however this is no fault of the hotel and more so guests not following the rules. After opening the windows though this eventually dissipated but an all round lovely stay and will definitely stay here again in the future.

I always stay at the Novotel and enjoy it. The rooms are big, comfortable bed, spacious and clean bathroom. Breakfast is great with more and more plant-based options 😍 The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Noisy A/C did not function as it should. Open the windows ! It’s even more noisy with juvenile bikers ramping up their little two wheeler. Restaurant is closed. Very limited drinks at bar. Staffs doing their best with very little they can offer. Does it really deserve a four stars rating ?
