Where to start, check in was ok. The room was not extremely clean and I had No Coffee or Tea for the machine. I was told they had room service and we could also eat at the 1 and only restaurant as well. I got to my room , it had stains everywhere, walls , carpet , shower. I could tell the vacuum was not used or properly done. The bed had 4 pillows (all terrible) , bed is ok. The bathroom mirror had spots from previous guest. Nothing like the pictures. I informed front desk about it and although they offered to move me. I had no energy to deal with it that night. It took 4 days before I had to ask again for tea and coffee. Which I received 2 green tea and the hotel didn’t have the capsules for the espresso machine. The mini fridge is not even cold. My AC worked better and I used it as my fridge. The following morning I called for room service. Was told they don’t do room service on weekends. So I spent 3 days without breakfast. But I paid the price of one, buying 2 ESKA, 2 Soda & 2 ricecrispis = 23$ I ate nothing but those for 3 days straight. WIFI is the worst (and is not protected) I couldn’t watch anything on my laptop without a loading every 25secs. Anyway Housekeeping has to be requested otherwise, u don’t get your room cleaned. The housekeepers speak only Spanish. On Sunday nite I asked if In the morning (Monday) I could get breakfast (room service) . Yes ! I called and was told no room service at all this week because someone is on vacation. The remote control function one way only= Channel Down button! U heard it, the arrow up to change channel can’t get you to higher channel numbers. So if u pushed down to quickly, you have to go all the way down until you get the channel. My bathroom door handle stayed in my hands on nite 2. So night 4 I raised a fuss to have dinner brought up to my room. The restaurant has a 5 items menu. Cheapest item is 28$ or 33$ . Expensive Burger n fries 36$. It’s was good. The next morning, I was under the impression that my #LiveLimetless Guest Program gave u complementary breakfast and ordered 2 plates of fresh fruits. I was once more denied room service and I refused the answer. I did say it’s only fresh fruit, so bring it up when u can or after breakfast service. Which they did. Holy F..K, i had 1 white mold blueberry and some old grapes. I saw the receipt. NOT COMPLEMENTARY, 25$ / plate of fruits. Now I know Masks are no longer mandatory, but the 3 hand sanitizer stations I went to were all empty. BAD

Poor french service, the dog environment made the hotel dirty. The rooms are not upgraded properly, mold in the shower area.

Room was suitable, satisfied with service. Staff helpful even though short staffed. Pet friendly. Only issue that room smelled of grass either coming from vent or someone in room. Complained to front desk. Housekeeping didn’t come to spray.
