Novotel Montreal Airport 4 stars

Helen is the best employee you have. the place can probably use an upgrading and the bathroom supplies are inconsistent. every day it is different and some of it is really low budget. Breakfast should be included with the room and i shouldn't have to ask for housekeeping. because of the location, i am fine with being there.

There is no airport shuttle as advertised. If you want shuttle service do yourself a favour and pay a little more for another hotel. We stayed 2 nights paid an extra $150 in taxis! Room and staff were ok.

We paid for two rooms with parking for a wk. we had such a cold response twice in the restaurant we decided to pack our young children up and drove quite a distance to eat. (The host made no eye contact nor did he attempt to reach out in any friendly way to make us feel welcome .$ When we returned one of our vehicles had been stolen although the ladies were very kind there has been no contact from the manager and we were not even offered money back on either of our rooms.

We are a family of four and we stayed at this hotel for location close to the airport. We left our car there for the week as well and stayed at both ends of our trip. Check in was fast and efficient. The hotel was clean and well maintained.
