Clean basic room, good coffee/tea down stairs which makes up for no kettle inthe room. Bed firm but it was a brief stay over for a hen party, staff friendly and attentive. Great location (by foot) to the city centre, takes longer by car due to one ways and the road systems. I would def use this hotel again if I was coming to Leeds for a night out/party get away!

Clean budget hotel,no parking.

Good budget hotel. Clean, warm comfortable. Nice views over city lights at night. No parking though, which is a big disadvantage. Had a 20 minute walk in the rain to the nearest 24 hour car park.The other down side was the shower door with almost clear glass and a hole in it for the handle. Not good if sharing with a friend! No privacy! Otherwise an ok hotel with good prices.

I asked for breakfast to be taken off my booking but was told that was not possible. I reluctantly went to be breakfast only to be treated like I was was stealing coffee. The breakfast selection is limited and quite disappointing. Skirting boards could do with being painted.
