TV turned on at 4.30am

I was fast asleep and the remote control on the other side of the room. I was woken at 4.30am with a loud beep and the TV turned on with sound. It was very unpleasant.

Room was clean. Everything we needed, although would of been better with a kettle but could go to reception for brews so okay. Near all the shops. Can't complain.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

So was the only place we could find due to the UB40 concert, which by the way is disgusting how they triple the price because they is a concert on, so to start with the place is dull and unpleasant, they is no parking for the hotel you have to park across from it in a pub car park, then you get to the room, oh my god the smell the drain smell was like pure sewage it was absolutely vile, we tried to ignore it and sleep as we was so tired, this smell was present even in the morning, then we went down for our continental breakfast which again was pure rubbish just toast and a drink and bit of cereal nothing more, I was so angry we paid £167 for one night when usually it’s so cheap and we still Get the cheap service, never ever again
