It could be better stay because of behaviour of some staff which was not so polite that we were expecting. Not all of them but some. Last year staff were much better.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The bellboy kindly took our luggage at the entrance, and the reception team welcomed us with genuine smiles and great hospitality. They were attentive, polite, and always ready to help. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained with a breathtaking sea view. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Room service was fast and efficient , everything we ordered arrived on time and just as expected. What really stood out was the staff’s kindness and professionalism throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel truly valued. We were even warmly sent off when leaving, which was a lovely touch. Overall, Novotel Zeytinburnu is a great choice for both business and leisure stays. Comfortable rooms, excellent service, and wonderful people — highly recommended!
