Great location, staff were friendly and helpful particularly as we needed to extend our stay at the last minute. Pool is good and lots of nearby options for cafes and restaurants. Easy access to MRT and shopping options.

We had a very warm and comfortable stay. The service was excellent starting with Kuri at guest services. The pool and restaurant were perfect. Thank you very much.

We chose Novotel Clarke Quay due its location and as part of the Accor Group. The location was great , as out was close to Chinatown, Clarke Quay and walking distance to all major attractions. The train station (MRT) is 5 minutes walk to Fort Canning so easy access to public transportation. We used the pool and gym and they were all in great condition. Service and room cleanliness was good and size of the room was ample for us for our walk to 3 night stay at the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel for families wanting a location walking distance to major attractions.

Check in and out was painless. Rooms were clean. Only pain points were the TV remote batteries need replacing in both rooms we had. Otherwise, a lot of near by meal options, easy walking to both botanic gardens and the central shopping districts.

I stay 1703, the absorber wasn't functioning as it should be, the ceiling is fading, the shower head cannot be used, the bed has sounds whenever I move around. It is not what I was expected!

Located at Clarke quay and 5 minutes walk distance to fort canning station this hotel offer strategic location. Room is clean enough even hotel a little bit old. For platinum member they offer premier lounge with view facing to iconic building at Singapore. For buffet breakfast is average.

The wifi was terrible. The bathroom was moldy. It’s overpriced and outdated. Breakfast was good. And the hairdryer didn’t work.

As the title suggests: The Pro: Attentive staff, who also accommodated our vegetarian needs. More vegetarian items in the breakfast menu would make it healthier and cater to vegetarians. The Con: The hotel sold the New Year Event as the "countdown party", with a forced sale of a wine bottle. Very poor show. There was no count down in fact. The staff left to run the show were inexperienced to handle an event like this. A very drab show, where the staff was trying its best to cater to the handful of guests on the 24th with drinks and some food (which was pathetic, at least for the vegetarians) An expensive and boring evening to say the least. The high point was the fireworks alone. A hotel of your repute, at the least, for a paid event like this, should have: 1. Room for food/snacks/ drinks (non-alcoholic drink beyond the canned everyday apple/mango/orange juice - like mojitos, mocktails....) for various types of people - this data should be collected at the time of sale. 2. An event manager who carefully pelts out music with some interim dialogues - engage your guests. 3. Organize events, some games for example, jokes, ... where guests participate. This breaks the ice and the guests get to know each other, making the event brighter and more pleasant. 4. It is the New Years Eve - have a countdown (none called), New Year toast (none called), a big shout... 5. The element of surprise for the guests - simple things like a raffle, make everyone a winner, the rewards could be dining voucher, stuffed toy, anything, a takeaway always works - people relate to it, remember it and in general, covers up for most of the shortcomings otherwise. Trust that the above helps. My intent here was to give a honest feedback for improving the hotel services.

Great location but our room looked a little old and tired. The TV only worked intermittently with the remote and looks old and small. There were blown globes in the bathroom meaning it was hard to use the mirror. Also every time the shower was turned on a large cloud of flying insects appeared across the ceiling. No English Breakfast tea at breakfast.

We booked this hotel 7 months in advance specifically for it's location. However it all went downhill the moment we checked in. We expected to be given a room overlooking the quay but we were informed that all rooms were taken. To add insult to injury the lady who checked us in at the premiere lounge said that we still have a very nice view of the pool. Did she think we never saw a pool in our lives ? Is her idea of a nice view a pool and some boring building ? If I wanted to look at a pool I would have stayed at home and looked at my own garden and pool. As gold members who booked 7 months in advance I would have expected this not to happen.
