It was a short night for me I stayed in the hotel. The pressure of the water in the shower is too low. The breakfast I enjoyed.

A wonderful hotel, with welcoming, friendly staff members, located in the heart of Christchurch. The entire team at the Ibis makes staying here a pleasure. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk to the bus transportation center, with Intercity coach, and others arriving and departing from here, and the FreshChoice market just across the street. The rooms are well kept, quiet, and offer newly installed flat screen televisions with ample news, sports, and movie choices. It also has a bar/restaurant on site with small plate, and entree offerings. Whenever I stay in Christchurch, this is my hotel of choice. The only negative is that there is no refund for cancellation. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to travelers.

Everything was super good except one minor thing that bugged me. The toilet had a very strong smell of urine.
