No shampoo nor conditioner in room, our shower was part of toilet, only separated by shower curtain. No space for clothes. Reception staff rude and unhelpful, room was called at 1105 to know when we were checking out. Never for a long stay but rather just en passant. I will not stay with you next time I go to Christchurch. Govt rate offered by email checking in with your staff was double the price than booking.com....

Last minute work trip extension necessitated in an overnight stay. Staff were really helpful in sorting out parking and the check in process was brilliant. Only negative was the taxi parked in the loading zone - that's not the fault of the hotel though.

Only thing that would make it better is some movies to watch on the main entertainment system. My work computer cant watch movies so was a bit bored watching tv channels (I hate TV).

Stayed here for 4 nights as attending a work conference - rooms are small but satisfactory - bed was comfortable despite being a bit small for me - location is excellent, close to all CBD eateries including riverside market area (2min walk) - would stay again.

We were meant to stay 3 nights stayed 1 only. The rooms are so small we had to keep "pulling over" do the other one coild walk pass. Beds were very uncomfortable and small with a tiny gap between. Thank goodness we difnt gave sn earthquake no where to drop and cover.

We stayed two nights at two different dates. In the first time we had the room facing the street. The packed breakfast given by the hotel was great. The second stay we were in the room facing the blank wall. Since it was a short stay it was ok , but this room is not interesting at all. The hotel breakfast is rather ordinary.
