The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. There were great facilities to work as well as relax. A very comfy bed and quiet location for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel is in a great location with a mini mart next door. It has a great restaurant too.

Im staff in Mercure Queenstown, i went to ibis chch with my family for 2 nights (august 24 and 27) The staff at the reception were awesome all the time, sorry that i dont remember the names and in the bar aswell, Cecilia, Ella and other girl, and another guy during the breakfast on 25. Again sorry that i dont remember the names. We had a great time
