Me and my fiancée came here for a birthday weekend away, the rooms were comfortable and clean, the pool facilities were amazing and we were very impressed with the breakfast that was included. Barbara remembered my fiancées coffee order and had it ordered for us as we walked through the door of the dining area. Lit and Barbara were amazing and very helpful and friendly and I can see how hard they work! Would definitely come again.

I have had to get someone to help me do this but I’m not the most seasoned character or traveller but I want to say a huge thank you to the company Novotel company in Cardiff in their chain and is a credit to every member of staff making that place amazing I travelled from Cornwall and found a home from home with more fun and luxury. Highly recommend everyone to stay here. Absolutely perfect place to stay.
