Well located, amazing staff, disappointing facilities

The staff was amazing helpful but some things were beyond their control. There was no room service after midnight (not even a ham Sandwich or something simple, all other hotels have it). I couldn’t order food as the local Apps don’t accept foreign phone numbers and credit cards, the tv and entertainment system Is beyond basic, wifi was slow. Just throw everything out and just offer Netflix or something more modern. I should have saved the money an stayed at an Airbnb or an ibis.

Good room but needs attention

The hotel staff is good, but the room needs some attention with maintenance, although the view of room is great. Furthermore, the noise isolation is not so good because I could hear baby crying during some nights.
