AFII TripAdvisor review

Hard mattresses, weak shower, no tea & coffee making in the room, erratic breakfast service. Both my door lock and key card were visibly damaged and didn't always work properly but the staff just said to wriggle it a bit and try it multpile times. Some mornings breakfast was very limited, no hot items, nothing being restocked, other times it was better, but would recommend finding a cafe for a 5 euro coffee and pastry instead of paying for it at the hotel. Poor sound insulation - my bed shook every time a neighbour shut their door & I could hear them coughing! Good things: staff friendly, general location pretty quiet in terms of street traffic, A/C was effective.

The Hotel provides a good service, all staff is very friendly. Rooms are a bit small and location not so convenient. Need to walk about 10 min to reach area with restaurants or public transportation.

The hotel was well place to access the metro making good access to all parts of the city. We were 3 stops away from Arc d Triomf, which is next to the bus station. The room was usual great standard for IBIS hotels. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Friendly staff.

We arrived to the hotel early in the morning and our check in was suppose to be at 14:00 and the receptionist was so helpful to enter the room earlier without any extra charges!
