Room : Clean room but trash is not cleaned every day and Customers are not notified when they have forgotten items, have to call to inspect.

I understand the Covid-19 situation, but a downgrade of service is not an incident. I thing when employees are inadequate with the services they offer May make the impression look worse continuously. However, I also used the seminar room service. The overall picture of the service does not create an impression of the staff, less staff for the maintenance of the service line, has to find employees and there is no staff at the seminar room. I think the hotel management has a problem. Unable to create employees with Service mind, causing the service to continue to deteriorate.

I am especially satisfied with the treatment I got from staff, the security and the top of the class awareness and strict control of social distancing and sanitizing in every corner to prevent the covid 19 virus. I was upgraded from deluxe to grand deluxe for my stay. At check-in, I was assisted by Ms.Supharada who was very keen and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and incredibly comfortable. The welcome drink was offered as a silver member. Only minute difficulty of breakfast ordering since there was no buffet line and a lot of customer waiting. But all in all my experience was terrific.

This stay was my first stay after the past weeks of lockdown. Thank you the hotel management for acknowledgement of Accor Plus Platinum Elite member and improved guest experience service by organizing well prepared upgraded suite room with fruits plates presented in room which I like them so much. Thank you Assistant Front manager for greeting me and sharing hotel experiences in COVID-19 period situation. In response to the Coronavirus outbreak, I observed that the hotel had implemented more cleaning and disinfection measures according to Ministry of Public Health guidelines and the new normal services in all facilities. I do hope that the hotel would closely monitor the advice of medical and government authorities continuously, I expect to return to stay here again in the future.

The staff were very polite and helpful. My one fault was that when I booked, I requested for a smoking room and you accepted my booking but informed me at check in that All Your Smoking Rooms Were Under Renovation. If that was the case, you should have not confirmed my reservation or should have had the courtesy to inform me when I made the booking. Frustrated me more that you charged me 3000 bath for smoking which on the basis I had thrown my empty cigarettes packet in the trash bin. I had no intention to argue it dispute as your staff was behaviour was exemplary during my stay . However you have misled a customer by accepting his booking when he clearly specified a smoking room. This is the first time I have used Acor in my travel and sadly this may also be my last

We had a very pleasant experience staying at your hotel. Everybody in your team warmly welcomed and served us, from doormen to lift attendant, waiters/waitresses at breakfast and lounge (especially Way and Pami, if we remember their name correctly) as well as the room cleaners, receptionists etc. The location is conveniently next to MRT and shopping complexes. Kaapkhunkaa/krap!
