Firstly, I am thankful the hotel management for acknowledgement of Accor Plus Platinum Elite member and organizing well prepared suite room with a plate of fruits and mineral water which I like them so much. In response to the Coronavirus outbreak, I observed that the hotel had implemented more cleaning and disinfection measures according to Ministry of Public Health guidelines and the new normal services in all facilities. I do hope that the hotel would closely monitor the advice of the government authorities continuously, I expect to return to stay here again in the future after the lockdown. It would be great to receive a suite room upgrade once again for my next stay. I would suggest a verbal greeting from one of the executive lounge associates or duty manager to VIP member guest during the stay that could made member guest to feel more welcome. And the only thing that I want you to help is to earn point and night to my account . Please process the night and point accumulation and point crediting from reservation number JQLSCGXT as soon as possible.

- a lot of dust in iron cabinet I switched on dryer and the dust was clouded. - Breakfast time in restarent ... seems the waiter does not willing to service us. - in summary, seems service dropped from previous time that i used to stay.

All staffs was very helpful and service minded Health club floor is very stunning look so clean and new and stuff with full facilities that you think. Room quite small but new and good arrangement of welcome fruit platter and mineral water it over mine prior expectation. Evening cocktail was very good This hotel has more choices of drinks than some five star hotel in Bangkok. Breakfast in the restaurant one was very very good service and good food quality even there was no buffet line available but ala cart menu has tons of choices which you can order as you want I really recommend to book the room with breakfast.

Everything was great, got upgrade to suite which is the Best. Services were great. Staffs could remember me and my room numbers. The only annoying thing was too much sunlight through the windows of the Fitness, no shades, had to wear sunglasses when jogging on treadmills.

The room is standard but the bathroom needs improve. The shower hanger was broken in my room. It should be check and fix before the guest check-in. Good location and very convenience. The onsen is not hot enough and there is a woman playing mobile phone in onsen while I'm naked in there makes me feel not comfortable. The hotel should strict much about this. The sauna is not turn-on in the issued time. One of the guest have to get the cloth on and go out to tell the staff and then come back again.
