We’ve visited the Sofitel several times over the years and have always had a wonderful experience.This time, we brought along our extended family, which added a whole new level of fun. Even though we reserved a beach club suite, we didn’t end up using the facilities much because we were just too busy enjoying quality time with our family and grandchildren. We had a lovely time at the main restaurant, but we did notice that the service could be a bit slow during busy times. This made things a little tricky, especially with our toddlers eagerly waiting to eat. While we enjoyed the atmosphere, we found ourselves hoping for a quicker meal to keep those toddler tantrums at bay. Despite the wait, we still had a great experience overall.

Will be back!

We loved our time at Sofitel, everyone was so friendly and helpful and they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From Merewilesie at the pillow shop(!) To the whole poolside team serving us regular apple juice (i.e., Fiji gold). Thank you for our time here!

Everything about this place is amazing. The service is unmatched, everyone is so so lovely and helpful. The laundry service and mini bars are great, nothing could be easier. We swapped our pillows for some luxury ones and have never slept better. Big thanks to everyone, especially Romeo, Amanda, Kaya, Ben and Merewalesi.

Annie from the gym went over and beyond for my friend and I during our one week stay at the Sofitel. She immediately made us feel like family, and took us in with open arms and an open heart. She took the time after our intense bootcamp session to sit down with us and have a very informative talk about Fijian culture which we really appreciated. She is so welcoming and such an incredible person. We can’t wait to come back and reconnect with her. Sammy was also just as great, and loves to have a laugh and make light of every situation. He’s also a very knowledgeable Pilates instructor and we thoroughly enjoyed his class.
