With metro station for the Disneyland right below the hotel and meters away from Giza station, this modern contemporary hotel is a great stay option for those looking forward to explore Ginza area & Tokyo in general without wasting any time! Luxury stores are in the adjacent lane and Starbucks to kick start your morning is at walking distance. About the interiors and services offered by the hotel, staff is humble and at your service 24 x 7. Sushil, who attended us at our arrival even knew our language - Hindi which made it even more comfortable for us. Clean tidy rooms and provision of all basic amenities. The only downside we felt with this hotel was about the size of the rooms. For a couple to stay in their double occupancy room, it was a hassle to make space for luggage bags and manage comfortable walking space as well. Felt more like a cozy bachelor pad. The best part about MERCURE is easy and quick access to the main areas of the city without much transport & hassle.

銀座までの立地も良く、部屋も綺麗でとても良い時間を過ごさせていただきました。

The hotel would probably work well for people who would like to be near/ in Ginza or Roppongi area and would be out most of the times. As a family, the hotel was unenjoyable. the rooms did not offer any view, no large windows. Dark themed walls in the room. About half an hour metro ride away from places like Shinjuku and Shibuya The front desk and restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast seemed rather limited so we skipped and went to nearby places like starbucks and Mc Donalds. There are also a plenty of convenience stores nearby. We found the hotel to be a bit pricey for it has to offer. But I have not stayed at other hotel in Tokyo so i don't have a reference. Our other hotels in Osaka and Kyoto seemed to have more bang for our bucks

Location, excellent. Check in, smooth (by Staff named Karin Takeuchi). Room, clean and quiet. By Japanese standard, I would say it was spacious (we booked higher category room). Mini bar items complimentary and replenished daily. All in All, very happy. But sadly this branch is closing down soon.

Location: great location given it is located in Ginza. Tip to checkout the road closure of the street down Starbucks over the weekend, a surreal interesting experience to walk on the road and chilling, not sure is there a fixed schedule for road closure. Lobby: with friendly reception, good in English. The breakfast area also opens as a guest lounge for certain hours in the afternoon. Note that there are no restaurants within the hotel, however there are numerous restaurants nearby. Wifi: working WiFi, average speed. Work desk: no work desk but I understood there isn't while booking. Would be better to include. Bathroom: has a bathtub, with necessary toiletries. The positioning of the fittings and toiletries are a bit awkward given the size of the bathroom. Example the flush is facing the wall, I'm also afraid of glasses falling down. Toiletries: has basic slippers, comb, toothbrush set. Soap and shampoo: Elemental Herbology range. Good smelling! Interesting plus point: at the time of my visit, this hotel has a new member signup promotion with gacha capsule gift with various interesting gifts, pity I'm already a member.
