No kettle for boiling water nor coffee machine , the worst part of staying in any Ibis hotel. This is why I pick 6 out 0f 10.

At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. We did what was necessary regarding the wifi which did not suit you and we checked its speed. The tea and coffee facilities in the room are not a standard of the ibis brand. On request at the reception we can provide you with a kettle. This hotel is 5 mins walk from the Cathedral and close to shops and restaurants. Usual Ibis standard with a clean quite spacious room with everything you need at a good price
