Bunk bed wasn’t made so we had to do this ourselves. No kettle for hot water. Appreciate it’s a budget hotel but it was very basic

Good afternoon Thank you for the feedback all beds are made, the bunk bed, just has it folded at the bottom of the bed, for good hygiene standards we do not advertise having kettles in the room, hot water is available at reception and hot drinks are £2.50 kind regards Emma/team leader

I use the hotel every time I'm in birmingham and it's always the same, friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, comfy bed and all you need for a stay is on hand. (Yes there's no kettle but that's clearly marked in details and I just bring a travel one!) Pizza that's available makes a great eat in option and is great value. Continental breakfast gives a decent selection to start the day too

I’ve stayed many times here. Sadly you cannot collect points while here. The hotel is busy but rooms are quiet. My room was nicer this time as I didn’t have a bunk bed above me when not used, so the room felt bigger. It was quite warm but otherwise ok. Clean.

As a member and frequent visitor to this hotel i never expect luxury but this and for the first time we didnt enjoy our stay. Constant running around the corridors, shouting, noisy, disruptive guests very late into the evenings and the early hours. Were looking to come up again in a few months but no surprise we're looking at other options.
