How should I start . Impeccable clean the rooms were spotless, and the facilities in reception were well-maintained. The hotel's cleanliness surpassed my expectations. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Staff very professional and always happy to visit them . hotel is doing a very good job keeping the guests safe and making them feel welcomed. Food is very good , special the pizza is amazing delicious and breakfast is very nice and tasty. Check out was quick and easy Staff always happy abd security was very professional and I feel very safe in they're hotel. Parking was secure and easy . Thank you for everything and hope I can see you all of you soon 💗 Lots of love x

Anniversary trip with my boyfriend. We used to live in Birmingham so we wanted somewhere convenient to stay! Friendly faces received at reception with a warm welcome and reassurance. The room was simple but was all we needed!

Couldn’t wait to leave the next morning. To use the term hotel is not the right description. This is a hostel. The room was dingy, poorly decorated, unclean to the point where I saw human faeces on the toilet roll holder. Absolutely disgusting. Towels that I wouldn’t even touch let alone use with black marks on them. A bed that wasn’t made and no pillow. When I went to reception to ask for one I was told they’d look for one and if they had any it would be brought up to the room. The pillow never arrived. I will NEVER step foot in these hotel rooms again. I couldn’t sleep and wished the night away. Such poor standards and how are people leaving their human waste on fittings and I know it’s a terrible job, but the cleaner didn’t clean it up. If it was warmer. I’d have opted for sleeping in the car. The woman on reception was very friendly. That’s the only plus. My skin is still crawling.

Everything was fine except on several occasions we had to get our key cards sorted as they would not work. The receptionist said there was issues with the system

Great location for the O2 academy

No frills hotel in great location for concerts at the O2 academy. Bedrooms really clean with king size beds and good bed linen. Shower is good but be aware there isn't a separate bathroom -sink is in the bedroom with the shower opening directly into the room too. There is of course a separate toilet. Staff all pleasant and helpful. Check out at 12 is great if you've had a late night 😊.
