Locked out of room

We were locked out of our room again and again. I am severe asthmatic and had to keep on asking for help. It did not help as our stay was for a funeral. The bathroom was dirty with poo all round the rim of the toilet. The bed sheets had stains on them.

I always come back to this hotel when I'm away from home

For me it is very important that you can bring pets. I am a vet and I was in the hotel (last time) with a crow. Thanks to this service (animals), I recommended the hotel to my friends. The service is very nice at the reception. Everyone kind and helpful. Breakfast always good. It would be nice to have a "full English breakfast" at times though.
