I have stayed in this hotel many times & the reason for it is, it is just a great hotel. the staff are freindly, rooms are clean & tidy , nice clean pool. & very close to the sea front & bars. real value for money.

Basic hotel. Do not expect much and you are fine. Besides people who stay here are for it’s nightlife! Two 7-11s nearby, supermarket also located at avenue shopping mall. Only downside is not much restaurants within 5mins radius. Had a peaceful sleep.

Check in was a mess, suggest the staff given a course in customer service particularly the lady in glasses, was told room not ready for 1 hour, other groups Checkng in whilst we waited, mentioned that we were gold members but to no avail. The room we were given was abysmal, not clean, no chairs or table on balcony, air conditioning unit blowing hot air making it impossible to sit out anyway. Coming back in evening, lights working, then not, after 4 times complained, sent boy up, couldn't open door as security chain stuck, eventually got door open, given card so hallelujah lights working again, told not to use security chain. Complained and was given a much better room. The members lounge for breakfast was full of mosquito. There were no glasses for the fruit juice and no bowls for cereals, no checks on the door and people wandering in and out. Was told that there was no Internet check in, although signs said different. Not a good experience at all.

So so hotel with lots of maintenance issues. Totally worn and really needs a complete renovation. I got a nice corner terrace (what they call it) suite/room which was ok but no soundproofing and drunk bum tourists yelling in the hallways at 1 am. Not really a good hotel but still acceptable for this Sodom and Gomorrah Pattaya. Unfortunately we had a business meeting in this good forsaken city so I had to go. Would not come back, neither to the hotel nor to the city. The normal rooms are like a third of my ‘suite’. Lots of Russian tourists. Breakfast was good with some nice dishes. The bar and restaurant closes at 8 pm. Unbelievably bad. Well, they hate to work and it shows.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The conditions of the hotel are NOT the faults of the staff but the corporate management of this company. The plumbing is broken often, and I had 3 different rooms for 3 nights there. The furniture in the rooms are very old and stained with who knows what. The beds are tolerable due to an egg mattress added on top. The breakfast was poor. No bacon for first time at an ACCOR hotel in Asia. I would give breakfast a 4 out of 10. Shotty dilapidated hotel. no more heydays. However the location is awesome. Most venues for fun and eats are nearby.
