ホテルの立地場所は、ちょうどavenueの裏側になる。avenueを突っ切ればものの2、3分でセカンドロード。逆に向かえばソイブッカオの通りにに5分。空飛ぶ空芯菜で有名な店にはホテルを出て左に8分でセカンドロード正面に着く。プールは広くて深いので途中でロープで仕切ってはあるがご機嫌に泳げる。プールサイドは、朝一から場所取りが入る。負けずに朝食と同時に確保するのが最良 笑 朝食の品数はまずまず。外側でオムレツを含めた卵料理を作ってくれる。同じところにヌードルバーもあるので、臆せず注文するのがいい。インド人の団体が入るとメニューにカレーなんかが増えるがその分タイ料理が減る。ここのタイ料理、特にパッタイとカオトムは結構美味い。部屋はリノベーションも済んでおり、清潔で2人分のスーツケースを広げても十分な広さがある。クイーンベットとしてあるが、日本のキングサイズは十分ある。歯ブラシは無いが、アメニティの基本は全て揃っている。煙草もベランダ吸える。シャワールームは仕切りがないのでハンドシャワーを奥のほうで使うとあまり水がバスルームに飛ばない。レインシャワーを使うとどうしても飛び散る。水圧も水温も問題ない。今回は一人旅だったので、ベルスタッフがよく声をかけてくれた。6泊したが朝食も飽きることなく、プールサイドで本を読みながらのんびりしてリフレッシュできた。ルームスタッフ、ベルスタッフとも明るく親切だ。慇懃さは無いが、気さくに声をかけて気遣ってくれる。このクラスのホテルとしてはとてもホスピタリティがいい。総評としては、立地、コスパ、リゾートステイともに抜群と言える。これ以上を望むなら5つ星に宿泊された方がいい。

Bit noisy, speakers blasting outside bar & we could hear in room on 4th floor. Plenty of Indians without manners staying & a lot did not use the tongs provided for food but, at least, they were fairly quiet compared to some other reviews. All staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are looking a bit dated & in need of an upgrade. Location is fine & not too far to shopping centre, bars/restaurants and the beach.

As an Accor property, we have an outstanding reputation for guest service and satisfaction to live up to and it is clearly apparent that we did not manage this during your time with us. As Hotel Manager it is ultimately down to me to address any issues raised by our valued guests, therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to respond to your review. I am truly sorry regarding the behaviour of Indian guests at breakfast. Despite talking to the tour guides to address them, and having placed signs for this, it seems to not be working. I have already spoken to the F&B manager, and we are planning to have separate areas for breakfast. Once again, we apologize for all the inconvenience caused due to groups’ behavior. We are currently talking to tour guides who have contracts with us to brief their respective teams before they start travelling. We hope this solution works out in everybody’s favour. Your constructive comments are of immense value in providing a focus for the improvement of the hotel products and services. Thank you for giving us the opportunity of improving our services, your time invested in sharing your opinion is greatly appreciated. Just returned from a great stay at mercure. Great staff throughout. Great pool only need to be up early because towels on loungers from dawn. Great buffet breakfast and nice to have seperate area for Accor members. Great location. Clean rooms. Hot water bit slow in shower. Definitely will stay again next trip.

2泊の予定が気に入って一泊追加して三泊に。中庭プールが広くて良い。バーから離れているから騒音から逃れられる。部屋が広い。古いがメンテナンスは良くして維持できている。割安感あった。隣の部屋のインド音楽が音量大きく煩く感じた。朝GYM利用したが水は入れていたしタオルも切れていたのでこれは改善して欲しい。

部屋のバスルームと洗面が古くドアはシミが多く換気扇も下側が止まっていませんでした。洗面も詰まったりして、修理はすぐされましたが、お客様が来る前に事前にチェックが必要です。 タオルが古いので、せめて新しいものに交換しませんと清潔感がありません。 朝食会場は外にも置かれてましたが、最初に案内がないので、気がつきませんでした。 プールは、広くていいものでした。

Enjoyed the stay despite asking for a room on a high floor and getting only the second floor. Was offered a room on a higher floor but only a twin room which was not practical. Noise for a change was very acceptable as previous visits were ruined by noisy groups, No teapot in room which would have made my stay better.

prime location for any activity you have in mind however toooo many cheap tourists from India who only stay 1 or 2 nights but make a mess of the place and parties up to 11pm with loud music which prevents you to sleep. Also as Accor members there are no decent food outlets in Mercure of the sister hotel Baracuda next door where we could have dined at discount

I have discussed with our Room Division Manager the issue of certain group guest behaviors that you mentioned, and we have briefed the Front Desk team to improve their room allocation to avoid any disturbance to individual guests from now on. Aside from that, we have noted this comment down in your profile, so moving forward, my team will ensure you are far away from these type of guests when it comes to allocating rooms. Good location and value for money. I try to have 2 holidays each year at Pattaya Mercure. There are lots of facilities nearby within walking distance e.g. restaurants, bars and beach. The hotel staff are always friendly and helpful.

you can enjoy nice pool, good breakfastand and friendly waiters. Hotel is situated nearby the city but very quiet. atmoshere in the house is very nice, especiallly at reception you get a friendly welcome.

This property Seems to be rotting as the rooms are pathetic state,nothing in the room works.Tv, shower,locker,worst ever stay in Accor,It was prepaid booking otherwise I would have shifted to another propert.Breakfast was also already paid for and it was pathetic,Chef should be fired for that quality of food and menus selection also ,also maintenance head should also be fired,as everything in the hotel is either not working or broken.My Pattaya visit was affected because of Mercure hotel.

部屋のアサインはスペシャルルームで広く旅の疲れも癒される部屋でした。 スタッフもいつも気にかけてくれ不自由なく過ごせました。 スタッフもみんな笑顔でフレンドリー。気軽に話しかけてくれるので緊張がほぐれます。 改善点 金庫の説明書が無かったので有ると良い。 ベッドのそばに充電用のコンセントが欲しい。 ※ベッド サイドの時計に付いていたが機能していない。 スイートのスリッパが薄くて、直ぐに破れてしまう。
