Surpris d'un enregistrement sans aucun contrôle (prise de température et nettoyage des bagages) comme dans les autres hôtels. Le personnel est souriant et serviable. La chambre toujours avec une excellente literie, mais sans aucun rapport avec les autres mercure où nous avons déjà dormi. La salle de bain est d'un autre siècle et mériterait un rafraîchissement. La piscine devrait avoir droit à un bon coup d' aspirateur ce qui permettrait d'enlever les morceaux de ciment qui tombent au fond. Un établissement pas digne de porter le nom mercure.

Tout d’abord à mon arrivée la chambre n’était pas prête. On m’a demandé une caution alors que lors de mon premier séjour pas du tout. Dans la chambre la pression de l’eau est très faible. Le pire est que j’ai eu la visite de cafards dans ma chambre.

Hôtel bien situé au calme de la tumulte de Pattaya. Chambre propre mais vieillissante. Couloirs bruyants. Certains balcons sont vides et pas équipés de chaises ou transat. Le petit déjeuner est à améliorer. Certains transats à la piscine sont vieux et pas du tout confortable et pas assez nombreux. Les gens se ruent dessus à la 1ère heure pour laisser leurs serviettes toute la journée sans forcément être dessus la plupart du temps. Cela ne devrait pas être autorisé. D’autant plus que vers 15h30 il n’y a plus de serviettes disponibles à la piscine et ce qui est honteux pour un Mercure, une bonne partie des serviettes sont trouées ou déchirées. Le personnel est toujours aussi adorable et au petit soin ce qui aide à oublier le reste.

par rapport a l'année dernière au petit déjeuné parfois les croissant et pain au chocolat ont disparu. les serviettes de plage a revoir pas digne d'un 4 * et pour la période estivale, faite comme au barracuda ou j'ai passé une semaine , il y avait une gentille stagiaire ( MAYA) qui parle très bien le français, cela facilite bien les choses . et revoir le système d'eau chaude toujours défectueux d'une année sur l'autre

Réception rapide, 1000 baths de caution, chambre grande , douche séparée dans salle de bains, lit très grand confortable, petit-déjeuner buffet plein de choix, piscine super mais manque de serviettes de bain, il n'y avait pas de distributeur de papier (mouchoirs) présent dans tous les hotels, demandé à la réception, probablement enlevé avant ou par les groupes de Chinois, car j'en ai vu un prendre 2 cm d'épaisseur de serviettes au petit-déj. wifi ok . Situé dans le prolongement de la soi post office et juste derriere second road

Après 2 précédentes expériences gâchées par une clientèle indienne ,groupe d’hommes en majorité bas de gamme, sale et arrogante, j’ai très bien apprécié mon dernier séjour où il semblerait que l’hôtel ne travaille plus avec cette espèce de touriste. Bien, personnels très professionnels accueillant, souriant, très agréable. Par contre chambre, rideau se fermant mal état général assez ancien plutôt à rafraîchir et room service très limité en choix par rapport aux restaurant de l'hôtel. Piscine bien agréable.

Durant tout le séjours des privatisations de la piscine ont eu lieu de 16h jusque 23h pour des " parties " avec musique très forte dérangeant la quiétude du lieu et l'accès à la piscine hors dans le règlement intérieur elle doit être accessible jusque 21h malgré mes appels répétés à la réception afin de faire cesser ce bruit , aucune solution n'a été apportée . De plus la propreté et l'insonorisation des chambres laisse a désirer .
