Very good overall, great pool area, very clean, friendly staff, close to everything we wanted, plenty of parking. Little disappointed the rooftop bar was not open due to Covid. Room was very nice but found the plethora of light switches in various different positions confusing. Air Con was a little noisy and difficult to adjust.

No SHA standard to make trust we are safe from COVID

Overview is not bad. facility overall can com back some from COVID. there are two thing from my points. 1) they did not acknowledge for my Titanium member benefit by nothing room upgrade, no welcome drink and no for amenity gift. 2) breakfast safety is key worst by no alcohol for breakfast room, no glove provide to scooped the food and allow the guest who still scooped the food without masks . (i have a photo if you need)
