Bad Moscow G TripAdvisor review

Generally the hotel itself is enough balanced between price and quality. However, the most issue is that the hotel is a popular place for Indians who don't care about other's convince. Just an example, a group of them, passing by the pool, each in turn spat into the water while the children were swimming there. You can't hide from them anywhere.The only way to avoid encountering their abnormal behavior is to choose another hotel.

The service was very very poor. Completely Dissatisfied. I called for an Opener, it came 30 mins late and reason cited to me was that we have only 1 in the bar. Fine. On the day of checkout, i called for towels and bath gel, i called twice in a span of 45 minutes, but till the last i wasnt given what i called for. And as i had to reach bangkok for my flight i didnt waste further time calling and waiting. Seriously very poor service.

It was short stay, and because of that no so much to share.Location okay ,quiet place good to relax after "busy day".Hotel service is ok, all staff are very professional. Value for money; as a gold member I got upgraded and it was good room ,waited a bit longer for ,but Hotel was full day before. Whole property need a bit make up.If come to Pattaya will stay here again.
