Mercure staff, especially the cleaners, are super friendly and accomodating. Only criticism on Mercure was the fridge was not cold and bathroom could do with an update

The staff were excellent have stayed before and the building is now showing it age and requires urgent attention with maintenance as my hot water was Luke warm at the best and the general appearance needs a good clean up

Even at a reduced rate, I felt your hotel was overpriced. The rooms were old. The location was terrible, and the benefits for members did not make it worth it. I only booked because of my ALL membership -- next time, I will go somewhere else, even if I don't get the points.
