Great location large indoor very secure car park fantastic check in floor 6 rooms have all been refurbished wow very cool decor great working from home work space great shower and really comfy beds and to finish a great buffet breakfast Highly recommend

Reasonable price for London hotel

Stayed her on a Sunday night as a last minute trip to London. As all the reviews the hotel rooms ar a little tired and in need of an update. The bar at the hotel ok for a quick drink. The staf were friendly and helpful and for the price £69 it's fine for a short stay. The car park is charged is £19 for overnight which is reasonable for London. The nearest tube is West Brompton which is a 5 to 10 min walk so it's easy to get around the city. If you need something cheap and don't want to be in the centre of London then it's worth a stay.

Wonderful Service & Great Location

This is our second time to stay at this hotel. The location is great. It’s near a bus stop as well as an underground station (West Brompton), we also found a great Japanese Street Food shop nearby. We stayed on the 12th floor with a great view of London. All the staff were very nice and helpful. While waiting for check in we met Suriya, who was working in the restaurant. She heard me talking about the trouble I was having with my metro app and recommended a better one, as well as giving some great tips on things to see. Her assistance made our visit much more enjoyable. Thanks Suriya! We paid for the breakfast when reserving the room and really enjoyed it. Great food in a very nice facility. Loved the coffee machines and the orange juice machine that squeezed fresh oranges while filling your glass!

Charged a fine for using the car park even though paid

Anyone else had problems with the Ibis Hotel car park ? the machines wasn't working and in turn I had to use the reception they don't seem to know what they are doing as I paid the money they requested and then got a fine through saying I had underpaid! Anyone else had this sort of problem ?

Very outdated 80’s decorated hotel with basic amenities. I stayed over on a business trip and suffered a terrible nights sleep due to the stuffiness of the room ( air con wouldn’t work ) and noise from neighbouring rooms/ corridors from inconsiderate neighbours Much better options on hotels at similar prices in this area.
