I got to the room to find it was 23.5 degrees, tried ajusting but you can't, when I spoke to reception they said to turn off the aircon and gave me a fan. I spoke to others in the hotel who had the same issue. I had a single room and found the bed rather narrow for my size, I think I managed about 3-4 hours broken sleep each night. The lighting was also quite dingy in the room, I couldn't wait to get out of the room in the morning to have some decent light.

It's a well located, comfortable budget hotel and the overnight price was very reasonable. But beware if you're eating in, neither the bar or the restaurant matched my budget expectations, being surprisingly expensive.
