I have booked a room months ahead and unfortunately I have been very poorly advised. I asked for a disabled friendly bedroom. I explained my needs very clearly and the hotel confirmed that they would be able to meet them. However, I have been informed a couple of days prior to my arrival that they never had the facilities to enable my trip. The whole experience was very upsetting and stressful. I felt unheard and sometimes disrespected by all the people I spoke to on the phone, until I got to speak to Mary (Reservations Agent). She took the time to listen to me, and put a lot of efforts into fixing my problem. I am ever so grateful for her help, and thanks to her I had a lovely time in London. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Absolut top Service, very polite and helpful, the tube station is near to the hotel and you can reach the center of London very quickly, the breakfast is also very good and the pub in the hotel also, I will return ASAP

I will definitely recommend this Hotel to my friends and relatives! The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help. Our Room was clean and they had also a delicious breakfast! The train station is only 200 meters away and there is also a bus station in front of the hotel. 10/10 Stars!
