Stayed for one night on business and was allocated room 1215 on check in . That room should not be let out to anyone. It's dark, dingy and the bathroom was awful with lots of mould and a very old fashioned shower that I wouldn't have used. There was a foisty smell in the whole corridor and the room itself. The furniture is old and there was not a nice feel to the room at all. The fact you think you can charge for a stay in that room and probably that floor if all the rooms are of a similar standard is unbelievable. Thankfully I was able to be moved to room 316 which had been renovated and was a much nicer experience. If I hadn't have been moved, I would have scored 1. Didn't have breakfast in the morning so can't comment on that although public areas of the hotel looked nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Always love to stay at the Ibis Earls Court , and even more so now that it has been newly renovated. The staff are so hopeful and friendly and its so close to West Brompton station with only a few stops away to the heart of London.
