Good position. Short walk to tube. Rooms and accessories dated. Unfortunately being used as afghan refugee accomodation. This usage of hotel was NOT named beforehand. Had I known of the refugee situation beforehand I would have booked elsewhere. I have informed ibis of this view by email and have received no reply as of yet.

Booking was easy. I had to make amendments which I telephoned through but didn't receive confirmation of the amendments which concerned me so a couple of days before arrival I rand reception again. All was OK but it would have been nice to have it confirmed. The Reception staff were excellent! They arranged a taxi for us a couple of times, excellent service. Thank you.

MY TV WAS NOT WORKING - REPORTED THIS AT 5.20PM - TOLD THE RECEPTIONIST I WONT BE IN THE ROOM UNTIL 8PM - NOTHING WAS DONE - HAD TO RE-REPORT IT THE NEXT MORNING. WOKEN UP AT 11PM BY NOISEY GUESTS ( NEXT DOOR ) I WAS IN ROOM 1045 AND WOKEN UP AGAIN AT AROUND 2AM BY PEPLE ARGUING/ FIGHTING ON THE FLOOR ABOVE ??!!

Problems booking in which was understandable. We were early and the hotel was very busy with a private conference. Room was very tired. The hand basin in the bathroom was severely cracked from front to back. The duvet and pillows where very well used and needed replacing.

Run down room, nosey guests and rude staff and security.

So I stayed with you guys 15th November 2021 and I didn’t sleep one bit. The guest next door had his tv loud and upstairs was having a party. I called reception and they called security up, the security then knocked on my door and came in (which I thought was highly inappropriate as I was just in my pants). He then told next door to turn the music down but upstairs was still having a party. I called reception again at around 1am and the woman on the phone basically said I was lying and nobody is making noise. I then asked politely if I can move rooms at this point. She said they have no more rooms but in a very rude manner and that there’s nothing they can do about it. I then checked online and there was still rooms available. In future if you guys are going to prioritise party guest instead of your work guest please state in the terms and conditions. I was filming a tv show the next day with no sleep which was great.

Rooms are in general always well kept, and the bed is comfy and I get a good nights sleep. I did on this occasion go to the reception desk as even though its November and mild, my room was "Roasting" at 25.5c, I tried to turn down what I thought was the AC as it had a temperature based thermostat and was still pumping out hot air even when I set it to 5c. They confirm it was not AC, for some reason I always thought the hotel did have AC but my mistake perhaps. Anyhow, they said they were going to get someone to look at it, I went for some food, so not sure if they actually did when I was out but if they did, it did not make any difference, so I kept the windows open for the night to keep the heat down, fortunately I was not on the main road side so was fairly quiet. Apart from that was a good stay, I am not complaining about the above, but that was just my experience on this occasion. Breakfast was nice and a good selection too. My only other feedback is more geared towards the onsite pub on the 1st floor, I normally eat here once during my 3/4 day stays, however this time the menu has had some changes compared to the last time I stayed. The burger (which used to be a decent sized, really tasty burger) doesn't come with chips and they are a £4 side for what can only be described as the smallest portion of chips I have ever seen (Rustic or not), the Onion rings are also £4 and compares to your entry level £1 bag for a full bag that you get in a supermarket (those ones that are chopped up bits of onion), I would of expected some properly made ones for £4 especially given there was only a few in the portion. Their profit margins must be insane. Needless to say I probably wont eat in here again as it appears greed has got the better of them that I don't want to bother trying anything else through fear of being disappointed. As a round up, hotel was good and clean, room was clean and I stress this is the first time I had an issue here with the room and have stayed around 10 times over the years. But the onsite pub almost made me rate it a 6 not a 7 but thought that was a little unfair.

We arrived at our room to find it stinking of cannabis. Had to go back to reception to change room..carrying all luggage again. New room was ok though furniture was very shabby. However we smelt cannabis through the window, which was slightly open, all night. We were on or of the top floors so probably it was from another room. We really didn't want our clothes smelling all the next day obviously.

Service at checkin was friendly, breakfast was ok. But when comparing to earlier stays, overall everything looked more ”worn”. Room keys were very difficult to get working every time we accessed our room. There were stains in the bathroom ceiling. Bathroom was looking like a bar restroom with cheap renovations. Bathroom door felt like it will break, and its lock didnt work. All in all felt like coming to a really cheap hotel.

I have been staying at this hotel for two months so far with my boyfriend and we have really enjoyed our stay so far. The bar staff especially Lukasz has over exceeded our expectations and has made us feel really at home and comfortable ! He has made us feel at home.

The reception area is very welcoming and staff are overall friendly and do a great job with check in and and enquiries. We were on the 9th floor and once out of the lift and turned into the corridor the feel of the hotel changed immensely. Dirty marked woodwork and doors, damaged walls and a very shabby look overall. Our room was quite big compared to some twin rooms I have been in. Bed was not comfortable at all and creaked. Duvet was thin and just about covered the bed. Lighting in the room poor. However the room and bathroom was very clean and there was a good lot of storage. All it needs is a little TLC!! This was my 3rd stay and it has definitely changed, not in the right direction, but hopefully the small issues can be changed and thus would be a great hotel not a good hotel.

I needed an inexpensive hotel, and this was it. Not sure what others expected but it met my expectations. It is an Ibis, though clearly not fitted out to the normal model. The rooms were clean, but tired, and basic. I had a comfortable night, no issues. Check in good, could do with extra staff on check out. Only gripe was cold food at breakfast, a shame as ingredients are good.

due to the covid outbreak,unable to leave australia.due to booking conditions couldnt get a refund.so a family member used our reservation.so when anyone books check the conditions.but the hotel is very good,stayed there before.dont know if i would rebook yhere.

This Hotel is really the kind of place you want to wake up in and be able to not want to get out of bed and go out for walks as the entire pleasant experience will make you want to feel not just great but fantastic being there. Again the whole staff force are well trained and assertive to help and assist you whenever, where ever you need support, advice or direction towards resources and places of interest near the Hotel. So yes... If your looking for a place you will never forget about your stay then look no further than the IBIS London Earls Court hotel as your next port of call.
