BootyBandy Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

I booked this hotel for a single night stay with Full Breakfast and parking. I was attending a show at the Royal Albert Hall and this hotel offered everything I needed for an overnight stay. Withn the price was included overnight secure parking and a full Breakfast. Bed was a king size and comfortable. Tea and coffee in room. Good shower and en-suite facilities. Breakfast was fantastic that included a full English with quality ingredients, fresh fruit, and continental breakfast meats and cheeses, with yoghurt and muesli. I could not fault any aspect of this hotel and the price for a west London hotel was very favourable. Will book again for next year.

Stayed for 5 days and everything worked okay. Cleaning and breakfast was okay.

Terrible Experience at This Hotel – Not Worth the Stay

We chose this hotel because of its location, but our stay turned out to be a complete disaster. First, we realized that the room’s air conditioning was not heating properly. The maintenance team came and claimed to have fixed it, but nothing changed. As a result, we had to endure a freezing cold first night. To make matters worse, there were gaps in the window, allowing cold air to constantly seep into the room. We even had to stuff tissues in the gaps to prevent the room from getting colder. For the rest of our stay, we had to use not one, but two portable heaters to keep the room warm. When we were out, we had no choice but to leave them on to avoid returning to an ice-cold room. We requested a room change, but we were told there was no availability. Additionally, the sink drain in the bathroom was clogged, causing water to accumulate. We had to be extremely cautious while using the sink, as the water wouldn’t drain properly. Overall, our experience was far from pleasant. We only used the room to sleep, yet even that was a struggle. This has been the first and worst experience we’ve had with an All hotel. Will I consider staying at an All hotel again? I’m not sure. I sincerely hope that some form of apology and compensation is offered for this unacceptable experience.
