The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The room clean and spacious and the beds really comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and well laid out. Having a covered car park on site is an huge benefit and it is only a very short walk to West Brompton Tube.

I stay here regularly when attending Chelsea matches. Well located for that purpose, clean, comfortable rooms, very friendly staff and good breakfast. Perfect for my needs each visit

Well located, comfortable stay (very close to Come Alive experience)

Enjoyable stay with 3 in the room. Sofa bed not as comfortable as some but the main bed was excellent. Could have done with a main light in the room, but everything was clean and the breakfast was good. We had dinner in the lounge and the food served in there exceeded expectations. Overall, I would recommend the hotel and would stay again. 24hrs of parking is £20 but I guess that's normal for central London. Would have been nice to have parking included in the price of the room, but you can't have it all!

Brilliant -parking just outside the hotel and our accessible room was just outside the lift, which was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff were very helpful and polit.

I enjoyed our stay the room and staff was lovely Only downsize is our room would only heat to 16 which was far to cold
