Great rooms with high ceilings, quiet,and well appointed. Our room courtyard, so we heard zero traffic noise. We liked the location slightly out of the madness of old town, but close enough to be walking distance to everything. Breakfast was disappointing for such a nice hotel.

We are delighted to to hear you appreciated our Renaissance palace and its strategical position, very close to the main attractions of the old town, an open-air museum. Its strategic position allows our travelers to discover the city on their own, immersing themselves in the heart of the ancient city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1995. However, I regret the breakfast did not follow the same path. Please, accept our sincerest apologies and rest assured I promptly shared your comments with our Breakfast Manager, who will definitely make the most out of your suggestions, filling all the gaps with further implementations and trainings to all our resources operating in the Food&Beverage department. Palazzo Caracciolo strongly believes in the idea that breakfast is the best moment of the day and, as such, should be celebrated in the best possible way, ensuring every guest has the opportunity to enjoy this sensory experience. The whole team joins me in apologizing for not having been able to convey you our philosophy of high quality service and products. We are used to embracing the highest demands of our customers, offering sweet and savoury specialties, both traditional and international. Very good staff, exceptional restaurant food. Breakfast (cooked options) was disappointing but I would certainly stay again!

Pleasant reception staff with good information, quiet calming atmosphere, transformation of old building into contemporary hotel well done.Restaurant could have more selection. Breakfast was good but could offer more fresh seasonal local fruits.

Poor maintenance and dirty hotel.

The rooms weren’t cleaned properly. They left the milk cups empty on the desk and did not refilled the coffee nor the milk. The gym area is a disaster, running belt not working and the rest of the equipments are extremely dirty. This was the dirtiest gym I have even seen. The hotel seems neglected and not to the level of an MGallery.

We are sorry that your MGallery experience did not live up to your expectations and apologise for any shortcomings. We are used to strict standards of cleanliness not living up to its prerogatives. In accordance with chain standards, in addition to the rigorous cleaning of every room and every area of the hotel, we have implemented an enhanced cleaning programme, paying special attention to the points of greatest contact, laundry washed at high temperatures, in accordance with regulations. We are sorry to learn that our wellness area was also not to your liking. We will make sure that your experience will be the exception and not the rule, and I assure you that we will employ our staff in new training courses in order to avoid further unpleasantness. Disappointed with quality of rooms and breakfast

First rooms the ac was not working. We had to move rooms twice which interfered with our only evening in Napoli. And the front desk staff were not straight with us about what rooms were available.
