Hotel acknowledged issue with room shaking with sound vibration from circus. They should not rent rooms during this period. Will never stay or recommend.

After checking out, we realized that we forgot a pair of shoes in the room. We contacted the hotel and they gave us an email address. Despite sending multiple emails and trying several times to reach them to arrange the recovery of our shoes, no one responded at all.
