The hotel is acceptable, but that is it. Room was clean, basic and bed was comfortable. Location is good. My main disappointment was that it is winter and the room was just too hot, even after turning down the heat to zero. The food from room service was not acceptable at all, and I just couldn’t eat it.

-the room costed €234 and you wanted to take a €300 deposit. -staff was not aware of how the parking worked and especially didnt know how the electric car charging worked. -the jotel room thst we were assigned had bern used by somebody and the dofabex was open even though we were only 2 adults. -the staff was not friendly and gave sn uninterested impression. -the restaurant served s raw minced beef in the hamburger , we sent it back twice. -the breakfast was not prepared with care. -we spent ghe next night in Lyon at the Royal.Thst is a fourstar hotel and it was Super.The biggest difference is service. -you should really pay attention to service.
