The staff is extremely kind and the service is always pleasant prompt réaction and time, we didn’t have to wait to be served, I recommend this place for the quality time and food I enjoyed with my colleagues for many times now, I will certainly be back.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Sofitel , and Sandy in the restaurant truly made my experience exceptional! As a vegetarian, dining out can sometimes feel limiting, but Sandy went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. From the moment I mentioned my preferences, she was attentive and proactive, offering thoughtful suggestions and ensuring that I had plenty of delicious options to choose from. Not only did she have an in-depth understanding of the menu, but she also made me feel completely at ease with her enthusiasm and dedication to providing top-tier service. Her attention to detail was impeccable, from confirming ingredient details to checking back to make sure everything was perfect. It’s clear that Sandy is passionate about what she does, and it shines through in her work. The food was amazing, but Sandy’s exceptional service is what will bring me back again and again. The breakfast menu is excellent with a wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes. Love that they offer freshly squeezed juices and the chef is on standby by to cook a fresh morning omelette. But what really stands out is the amazing service that the team provided. Special thanks to Allen HU who is always there with attention to detail and exceptional service attitude that clearly signals that he really cares about the customers and their experience!
